Super Friendly service, clean spaces, tasty food, great location. Our only feedback for improvement: other guests can be pretty noisy while passing through the main hallway during the night, so building some soundproofing around the doors and placing signs of night silence would be a great upgrade. This has nothing to do with the excelent friendly service, just a building design to be improved.

Rooms were neat and comfortable. Located near to Monkey forest, everything is nearby. They give 2 bottle of water per day and you can refill with the water bubble kept in many places, which is a very tourist friendly and eco friendly gesture. The even have a complimentary mini bar with few canned drinks.. Breakfast spread was ok, but vegetarian option can be better. One day we had to leave at 6.am they arranged a carry on breakfast. All is well and good with this hotel.. One thing they can improve is shower fittings were little old and has to be replaced.

I had an amazing stay at Evitel Resort Ubud! Perfectly located in central Ubud, it’s just a 5-minute walk from Monkey Forest and surrounded by great dining options. The rooms are bright and comfy with stunning rice field views from the balcony. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight, offering breathtaking scenery, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was fresh and tasty. The staff, Gusti Ayu and Rudi were incredibly friendly and helpful, a fantastic hotel with great value—I highly recommend it for Ubud trip!
